Auckland University: Answering the Objections to the New Atheists!
The University of Auckland is putting on an event, which as I type, the Man of Spin has yet to be able to identify with any exactitude!
The only reason that the Man of Spin is even aware of this reality, is that one “say it is so Joe”… Fleener… of Emeth Aletheia fame… has pointed out the following on his Twitter page.
His incriminating words are as follows…
I am participating in a “panel answering New Atheist objections to Christianity” at the University of Auckland, 16 March. More to come.

Richard Dawkins is in New Zealand around this time, which leads one to believe that this event is somehow interconnected with this man’s first coming! Could be an event to put in your diary… that is, when you have some idea as to what and where it will be!
If anyone has any more definitive details, show the Man of Spin some love, and send them forthwith!

You can give scientific and philosophical answers to all the objections of “New Atheism”, but until you get them to stop putting so much confidence in human wisdom, it does no good. It is is like a man trying to convince people to study the construction of the Titanic, instead of telling them to run for the lifeboats. What these atheists (under a new banner) do not realize is that no matter how hard they try to convince us, they area not going to get us out of our lifeboats.

And I wouldn’t want them on my lifeboat either as they do not believe in sin therefore they do not believe having done anything wrong when they throw me off the boat to save their infinitely wise human!

Room for the panel on Science & God has been confirmed as OGGB4, in the shiny new business school; one of the mid-sized lecture theatres. Anyone coming may want to be there on time, as it’s quite possible it will fill up quickly.
