“New Zealand — Has — Spoken!”

27 August 2009 One Comment

Remember those words from the election night victory speech by prime minister John Key?

Indeed, New Zealand has spoken again…

…but this time our voice is not being heard by Mr Key.

The same arrogant and dictatorial spirit so aptly manifest in Helen Clark’s era now seems to possess our new two-faced leader.

This is what happens when nations sign away their sovereignty to the IMF unfortunately. Governments may come into power with good intentions and policies but simply aren’t allowed to implement them…otherwise they never intended to listen to the public in the first place.
