Dinesh D’Souza: Life After Death

20 December 2009 2 Comments

Dinesh D’Souza, conservative commentator and reasonably prolific author, has recently come out with another title that should get some pulses racing!  Yes, you know who you are, no matter what side of the ‘ID is a Good-send’ vs ‘ID is of the anti-science, and if there was a devil, this would be it’, your present presuppositions will presently be speaking as you think about this title!

His most recent previous title, What’s So Amazing About Christianity? became a NY Times Best Seller, and with the subject material of this new title, it would seem that it would at least, be the object to provoke some good discussion.

Here it is… Life After Death: The Evidence… or you can go the website dedicated to this title HERE!

To help give you the reader some further understanding of this title, here is an interview with Christianity Today, titled, String Theory and Heaven.

This is how CT introduce this interview about this book…

In his latest book, conservative commentator Dinesh D’Souza says that thanks to recent scientific discoveries (think dark matter) and new theories (think the big bang), the idea of resurrected bodies and realms like heaven and hell don’t seem so outrageous. CT senior managing editor Mark Galli spoke with D’Souza about Life After Death: The Evidence (Regnery Press), and about how modern science presents no stumbling blocks for the Christian view of the afterlife.

If you are drinking the kool-aid, then before you get all hot and bothered, go read it before you critique it, as we are not in need of reading your rioting!

However, you should go and read the rest of the interview!

You may also want to listen to a 12 part radio interview with D’Souza, where he discusses this book…
