Here’s how…

In your email program, go to Tools –> Options and look for a Signatures option somewhere. All email programs are slightly different but most have a signatures option. If you cannot find it, use the email program’s Help.

Add you signature in the appropriate place and test it by sending an email to yourself. There, all done!
